I'm Katie.

 

I am a rising junior at the University of Michigan studying Political Science and History with Minor in Writing. Though I don't quite know how I will transform that into a career after college, one thing of which I am sure is that wherever I am and whatever I'm doing, I will be writing.

 

When I'm not sequestered in a coffee shop with a notebook and a pen, I spend my time attempting Russian literature or the latest YA novel (depending on how my last endeavor with the other went), watching the latest Netflix show thirteen episodes at a time (because I don't mess around), attending raucous karaoke nights with my a cappella group (because it's more fun to sing terribly than it is to sing well), and blowing through intense phases of random hobbies ranging from knitting to yoga to HTML to French (because I am as easily bored as I am stimulated). 

 

Above all, I am a curious person with an open mind and an eagerness for new experiences.
